Beau Burchell

PunkBass is by far the best sounding bass instrument available. Not only is it the best sounding, it is the most convincing I've heard to date. I don't know how they did it, but it's incredible. It is a must have for writing, beefing up or replacing bass tracks. Nothing else comes close.

Punkbass has really impressed me with its instantly classic sound, grit and flexibility as a song-writing tool, especially when you need that punchy P-Bass tone. Hats off to Submission for creating an iconic and versatile instrument.

PunkBass instantly transfers me back to 2001… except this time my bass tones are punchy and I can afford my car insurance! If you play in genres outside of extreme metal, PunkBass is your go-to for big rock and punk bass tones!

Pop-punk perfection

Punkbass is my first adventure into the world of virtual guitars, and it’s perfect for the ‘00s blink-182 inspired track that I’m working on right now. That being said, I do wish that it were a tad easier to understand what velocity layers are in the plugin to make it easier to program ultra-realistic parts for those moments where the guitars drop out.

Takes me back

I grew up playing in punk bands with my brother, but as I got older I branched out into more progressive rock and metal and fell out of touch with the genre. Recently our country has been dealing with a militarized gestapo police force targeting people of color, especially in Minneapolis. Turns out, my favorite punk band - Dillinger Four - is from there, so while navigating the horrible events taking place there I rediscovered them and my love for punk rock, and my brother and I wanted to rehash our old tunes. Unfortunately, he sold his bass, so I bought this plug-in and couldn't be happier! My desire to be informed and seek social justice in my country brought me back to punk rock, and that journey brought me back to submission audio. The plug in is accurate, responsive, and sounds killer especially when paired with double tap. Check it out!

Tuning

I really love the tone of this bass. It is very consistent however it's a pitty it cannot go lower in tuning. I think this tone with the option to hit lower tunings would me amazing

匿名
It's very realistic.

This is a great precision bass that can be used for more than just punk.
